Return and refund policy

RETURN

You have the right to cancel your order unlimited days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have unlimited days to return your product. You will then be credited with the order amount excluding shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@bioethanolfireplace.uk. We will then refund the order amount due within 1 - 2 days after registration of your return

You as a customer are responsible for the return shipment until it has been returned to us.

(NOTE: Special orders and automatic burners cannot be returned). Other products can  only be returned if they have not been used or mounted .

Lifelong warranty on manufacturing defects on all products,  but only on manual bio ethanol fireplaces.
