2. Defining the specifications
In this step, we work closely with you to determine exactly what you want, imagine, and expect from your fireplace.
In most cases, we are inspired by an existing model and make changes to it according to your wishes.
Among other things, we'll discuss the exact dimensions of the stove, the size and type of burner, as well as differences (conventional or SmartFire), the installation method, color, glass, and other questions. Once we've determined exactly what you want, we'll move on to step 3.
3. Creation of technical drawing
Based on the findings from step two, we will create a technical drawing for you or, if necessary, the installer.
The technical drawing has 3 essential purposes:
- Visualization of the desired fireplace for you
- Comparison and final inspection of dimensions
- error-free installation
4. Non-binding purchase offer
If you are satisfied with the dimensions and appearance of the fireplace, we will provide you with a non-binding purchase offer for the fireplace you desire. You can place a binding order for the fireplace at the price provided.
5. Purchase contract
If you accept the purchase offer, we will issue an invoice and purchase agreement.
Payment is due in advance (preferably with buyer protection via PayPal, Klarna, etc.).
Please note that there is no right of return / cancellation for custom-made items!
6. Production of the custom-made product
Immediately after receipt of payment we will begin production of your bioethanol fireplace/stove.
You will receive precise information about delivery times from us personally.
This typically ranges from 20 to 60 working days, depending on the project.

7. Delivery to your home
Your bioethanol fireplace will be safely packed on a Euro pallet and sent to you by freight forwarder.
We rely on internationally recognized freight forwarders such as DBSchenker (Deutsche Bahn Schenker) or RABEN.
The delivery can be tracked online at any time using the tracking number and will be delivered as quickly as possible after a suitable appointment has been made.
8. Evaluation
Optional: Take pictures and videos of your new fireplace and send them to us. Also, write a written review for us, rating the fireplace itself, as well as the service and process, to help other interested parties.
