Who we share it with
We share data only as needed to run the shop, with providers who act on our instructions: Shopify (e-commerce platform and hosting); payment providers (for example Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal); shipping and freight carriers; Google (analytics and advertising measurement); and order-tracking and communication tools we use to keep you updated. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are essential for the site to work, such as your cart and checkout, and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies that help us understand and improve the site. You can manage your choices via the cookie banner or the "Cookie preferences" link, and through your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, for example to fulfil your order, provide aftercare and warranty, and meet legal and tax retention requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data; have it corrected; have it erased; restrict or object to its use; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email sales@bioethanolfireplace.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you have concerns about how we handle your data.
