What's covered

Every Wild Flame product comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, valid from the date of delivery, on all products in our range. If a defect in materials or workmanship appears within this period, we will repair, replace or refund the product at our discretion. For our own Wild Flame products we can also supply spare parts.

In addition to your statutory rights

This is a commercial guarantee offered on top of, and it does not replace, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

What's not covered

• normal wear and tear, or consumable parts;
• damage from incorrect installation, misuse, accident or neglect;
• use that doesn't follow the supplied instructions or safety guidance, including unsuitable fuel or insufficient room ventilation;
• modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than Wild Flame or an approved partner.

How to claim

Email sales@bioethanolfireplace.uk with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue. Please keep your proof of purchase. Inspection and any repair are carried out at our premises; we don't offer on-site service.
